Non-Refundable

Once Hannah has received payment from you, your single payment for the membership is non-refundable and final.

Rights and Images

When you supply content to Hannah, you promise that you own and/or have the right to use such content in this manner and that this does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights. Hannah reserves the right to remove any infringing (or potentially infringing) content immediately.

Date of Feature

The date of your interview & feature is negotiable between you and Hannah. Please DM Hannah via Instagram to discuss the date of your interview & feature. Hannah reserves the right to delay your feature or interview for personal reasons. Hannah will contact you directly if this is the case.

Politeness

If you act inappropriately or disrespectfully towards Hannah, other creative feminists, or followers of the community, Hannah reserves the right to revoke your membership immediately, without refund. Hannah maintains a friendly, supportive and polite community.

Communication

Hannah will communicate everything to you via Instagram DM, using the Instagram account you have contacted Hannah on. You can send your responses and images to Hannah via email, however, Hannah will always respond via Instagram DM. Please do not use WeTransfer to email Hannah images. Hannah takes no responsibility for emails that go into Junk, or emails that are missed. It is your responsibility to ensure you’ve received communications from Hannah, to read them thoroughly, and to contact Hannah if you haven’t received them. Please allow Hannah 14 days to respond to Instagram DMs.

Charities

Hannah is passionate to support and raise money for charity in a variety of forms through The Creative Feminists online art community. As a result, Hannah offers the opportunity to join as a member with the full membership benefits including feature and interview for free for all charities and NFP causes. Please Instagram DM Hannah if you are a charity of NFP and would like to join The Creative Feminists.

Plagiarism

In purchasing your membership, joining the community and writing your interview and feature, you take full responsibility for ensuring your products/images are not plagiarised from a third party. Any instances of plagiarism will be removed from the website & Instagram.
